Food security

Human health and safety of food products is one of the main priorities of «IMACSA» company, so we constantly strive to achieve the highest quality level of all, without exception, production processes, carrying out activities in the field of pork harvesting.

Upon an initiative of the company's management, the Head of Quality Department established and coordinated the implementation of the Quality System based on the requirements of the protocols of the International Food Standard and British Retail Consortium organizations, taking into account also the provisions of the Codex Alimentarius.

The Product Quality and Food Safety System of «IMACSA» company aims to meet customer needs, through the implementation of requirements established in regulations mentioned above and one of our main goals is to ensure product safety that complies with all current legal standards.

In order to achieve this primary goal, all company employees are involved in obtaining a clear differentiation of products from other products on the market. For this reason, each of our employees plays an extremely important role. «IMACSA» company recognizes that in order to achieve food safety of products, proper coordination and internal management of the company must be carried out in cooperation with all its employees.
